What happens during the Free Meet & Greet?
Before your first walk, Peggy visits your home for 15-20 minutes. We meet your dog, go over entry keys/codes, review emergency contact info, learn leash/treat routines, and ensure your pup feels 100% comfortable.
Are you licensed, insured, and certified?
Yes! Peggy's Pup Palace is fully licensed, bonded, and covered by pet care insurance. Peggy is also Pet First Aid & CPR Certified.
How do I get updates while my dog is on a walk?
After every walk or drop-in, you will receive a real-time digital report card sent directly to your phone with live GPS route details, potty updates, and cute photos of your happy dog!
How do homemade treat orders and store accessory items work?
Homemade treats are baked fresh in Peggy's kitchen and can be delivered right to your door during scheduled walks or via local dropoff. Premium accessories and gear are shipped directly to your address via USPS within 3-5 business days.
What is your bad weather policy?
Rain or shine, your dog gets their walk! In extreme hot or cold weather (or heavy storms), we adjust walk time to safe outdoor potty breaks followed by interactive indoor playtime and cuddles.
